K–2 Foundational Math Skills

Service Description

Our K–2 Foundational Math tutoring sessions help young learners build the essential math skills they need for long-term academic success. These sessions focus on developing number sense, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in math through engaging and age-appropriate instruction. Students will strengthen important early math skills including: • Number recognition and counting • Understanding numbers and quantities • Addition and subtraction strategies • Number bonds and fact families • Place value basics (tens and ones) • Comparing numbers (greater than, less than, equal to) • Simple word problems • Recognizing patterns and basic shapes • Developing math reasoning and problem-solving skills
